Website and landing page development
A website only works if people can find it and immediately understand what you offer. I build websites and landing pages with Next.js that load fast, look right on phones, are technically ready to rank on Google, and lead every visitor to one clear next step: contact you, request a quote or book a call. You work directly with me, in English, during U.S. business hours.
This is a fit if…
- Your business has no website and relies on social media or referrals.
- Your current site is slow, outdated or hard to use on a phone.
- You are launching a product, service or campaign and need a dedicated page you can measure.
- Your site gets traffic, but almost nobody reaches out from it.
What you get
- Page structure and draft copy reviewed with you before any design work.
- Responsive site built with Next.js and deployed on your domain.
- Technical SEO foundation: titles, descriptions, structured data, sitemap and robots.txt.
- Contact form or links connected to your email or business messaging.
- Google Search Console setup and a short guide for editing or requesting changes.
How I work
- 01
Discovery
You tell me who you sell to, what customers always ask and what a visitor should do on the site. We review reference sites together.
- 02
Structure and copy
I propose sections and the order of the message. You validate the real content: services, photos and pricing if you publish it.
- 03
Build
I develop the site, test it on mobile and desktop, and check speed and accessibility before launch.
- 04
Launch and measurement
I publish it on your domain, register it in Search Console and leave a simple way to see how many people contact you from it.
What I need from you
- Your logo and, if you have them, brand colors or guidelines.
- Real photos of your business, product or team; stock images convert worse.
- Access to your domain, or willingness to buy one.
- One person who reviews and approves copy at each stage.
Good to know
- Paid ad campaigns and social media management are not included.
- Rankings also depend on competition and on the content you publish later; I deliver the technical foundation; no one can promise specific positions.
- Stores with large catalogs, payments and inventory are scoped as custom software.

How much does it cost to hire a web developer in Mexico?
Published 2026 benchmarks put web developers in Mexico at roughly $22–$38 per hour for juniors, $38–$58 for mid-level and $55–$78 for seniors, versus $100–$150 for a comparable senior in the US. What you actually pay depends on whether you hire directly, through a freelancer or through an agency, and on how well the scope is defined.
Hiring nearshoreFreelance developer vs agency: how to choose (and where nearshore fits)
Hire a freelance developer when the project is well defined, fits one person's skills and you want direct communication at a lower rate. Hire an agency when you need several specialists at once, committed capacity or managed delivery. Nearshore developers in Mexico or Latin America can be either, with the advantage of working in your time zone.
Web developmentLanding page vs website: which one does your business need?
A landing page is a single page built for one goal, usually converting visitors from an ad or campaign. A website is a set of pages that explains your business, ranks for many searches and supports customers over time. If you are testing an offer or running ads, start with a landing page; if you want organic traffic and credibility, you need a website.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a website cost?
Mostly three factors: how many distinct pages you need, whether I write the copy or you already have it, and integrations such as forms, booking or payments. A one-page landing page is the most affordable starting point; a multi-page site with service pages and a blog takes more work. After a short call I send a fixed scope and price.
How long does it take?
A landing page with ready content usually moves in a few weeks. What stretches timelines is waiting for copy, photos or approvals, so we define those at the start.
Can I edit the site myself?
Yes, if you need to. Sections that change often, like services, prices or FAQs, can live in simple files or a light admin panel, while fixed sections stay in code so the site remains fast.
Why Next.js instead of WordPress or Wix?
Next.js produces very fast pages with strong technical SEO out of the box and no plugins to maintain. If your case fits another platform better, I will tell you.
